Subscriptions

Soritok Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Leaving the waitlist

Email samexperiments247@gmail.com and we will remove your address from the launch waitlist straight away.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, saved words, watch history and progress. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.

Exporting your words

Profile → Settings → Export lets you download your saved vocabulary as a CSV file or an Anki deck.
